Our personalised, small group Personal Training sessions are designed for midlife women, by an experienced women’s strength and conditioning trainer. At your initial meeting with us we will tailor a weekly training schedule to meet your needs (regular set days/times or casual attendances) and goals – whether it be fat loss, increased muscle strength or a boost to your overall fitness, energy and wellbeing.
You muscle is your metabolic currency and a significant projector of longevity. Your trainer will discuss the best options suitable to your needs, goals, budget and lifestyle.

For the best results attendance on set days and times builds consistency which in turn gives excellent outcomes.
Sessions are measured and created with intention that you see your results in black and white. We are not trainers giving random workouts. We can still provide some variety but making sure you get the results you seek by gaining proficiency in foundation compound strength exercises. We will work out an ideal arrangement for you depending on your budget, circumstances and options available. We will discuss the right training block for you in your initial consultation.
